Long Overdue Celebrity Connection: Andrew Keegan

If you don't know who Andrew Keegan is, well, neither do I, but in the comments section for my last Celebrity Connection, one of my favourite followers, Meaghan from Wild Celtic suggested I do one of Keegan, one of her favourite hotties.
